		<description>The path of progress of the mankind over the age is a result of the desire to excel. If there would have been no desire to pursue for excellence the civilization would have come to a stand still.
The term Vasana is more associated with one&#039;s greed and lust for materialistic gain and this is to be avoided.
The most richest person in the world is not necessarily the one who have the most but the one who needs the least.The goal should be desire for the benefit of the universe without any selfish thoughts.</description>

		<description>Meditation with no intake. This has only Breathing &quot;Pranayam&quot; as action. The inaction thus leads to a Blissful nature. This system of Yoga creates independence. The freedom thus gained is a characteristic of Soul, others being Silence and Bliss.
So all Saints are termed as King or &quot;Maharaj&quot;.</description>
